From the draw to the final whistle.
The tournament management system built for hockey. Schedule, score, produce the official record and let everyone follow along live, even with no connectivity at the ground.
Built with tournament officials, at the table, at real events

The technical table, mid-game.
Everything the technical table needs
Match-day console
Run the clock, score, cards and sin bin from an iPad at the technical table. Fully offline at the ground β everything syncs when you're back. Card reasons come from your organisation's own list, so the record reads one way.
Real hockey rules
Quarters and breaks, penalty corners and strokes, video referrals, extra time and guided shoot-outs β configurable per organisation, division or single game.
Official match records
Print-ready scoresheets locked at sign-off: goals, cards, line-ups, injuries and every shoot-out attempt, exactly as captured at the table. The match log filters by what happened.
Live standings & stats
Scores update as they happen and the ladder can run provisionally mid-round, so nobody waits for a result to be typed up. Top scorers and discipline follow at sign-off.
Team portals
Managers keep their squad, register their kits and submit line-ups β from a link, or with a login of their own. Captains and goalkeepers are validated before push-back, and their pool table, results and live feed sit on the same page. Given a spreadsheet of every squad at the event, import the lot in one go and check the matches before anything is saved.
Discipline & suspensions
Set your event's card rule β three yellows is a game, a red is two β and PIVOT counts. The manager and the delegate are warned before a player reaches it, the delegate reviews the record before anyone is told, and a suspension is a debt of games that follows the player through the knockout rounds. A player out for any other reason, concussion protocol most often, is out of selection until the date you set.
Who wears what
Teams register their kits; PIVOT proposes what each side wears in every game so shirts, socks and goalkeepers never clash β judged on the actual shades and on what a colour-blind umpire sees, not on colour names. List the umpires' shirts and they are dressed in the same decision, clear of both teams and not in yesterday's colour. The delegate checks, changes and publishes.
WhistleIQ, in step
Link an event to WhistleIQ and fixtures, appointments and officials flow both ways. The match record β corners, goals, cards, strokes, the shoot-out β lands against the fixture over there within a minute of the table recording it.
Event documents
One shelf per event for the regulations, the draw, the kit rules. Each document goes to everyone, to managers only, to officials only, or to the public β and people can be emailed the moment you post one. Anything public gets a short link you can put straight in a post.
Match day, in the pocket
Every official opens their own list of games and sees at a glance which are theirs to work. The match sheets, the officials list and the whole day download to the device before they leave the car park β and PIVOT says when what they saved has fallen behind, rather than letting them find out at the table.
Checks before push-back
The delegate writes what a technical official confirms before every game β pitch, benches, bench personnel, team duty people, the umpires' briefing. Ours to start from or your own. It shows on the console with its progress and holds nothing up.
Built for associations
Multi-organisation from day one: every association runs its own branded space, events, officials directory and match defaults.
Not at the ground? Watch it anyway.
Every fixture has a live page anyone can open β no account, no app. The clock and score follow the technical table in real time, and the whole match tells its own story as it goes. Running three pitches at once? Put the eventβs live board on the screen in the clubhouse and every game in play is on it, side by side.
Live score & clock
The running clock, the period and the score, straight off the technical table.
Scorers & timeline
Who scored, what kind of goal and the minute β alongside cards, corners and referrals, with a live feed and a timeline you can filter.
Both team sheets
Starting line-up, bench, shirt numbers, and who is currently sitting in the sin bin.
Shoot-outs, attempt by attempt
Every attempt as it is taken, right through sudden death.
How it works
Set up your event
Create divisions, split them into pools if you run them, add teams, then generate a schedule or import the whole draw from CSV.
Teams register and submit
Send each manager their portal link, or give them a login β squads, shirt numbers, captains, goalkeepers and kits arrive before the whistle, and PIVOT settles who wears what. Or import every squad at the event from the one spreadsheet you were handed.
Run match day
Officials work from their own list, check the ground over before push-back and run every game from the console β with no signal if that is what the ground gives them. Records, ladders, stats, suspensions and WhistleIQ take care of themselves.
Everyone follows along
Share the event link and anyone can watch the scores, ladders and match detail update as the games are played.
Get the app
PIVOT TMS is on the App Store and Google Play β the console with the whole day downloadable for a ground with no signal, a Start/Stop button, and on iPhone a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and the match on your Apple Watch.
