PIVOT TMS · PIVOT Match Day

Privacy policy

Last updated 9 September 2026

PIVOT is hockey tournament management software made by Stacksy (KAYBEE INDUSTRIES PTY LTD, Australia). Associations use the PIVOT TMS website to run their events; officials and team managers use the website and the PIVOT Match Day app on match day. This policy covers both.

What we collect

What we do not collect

PIVOT does not collect your location, contacts, photos, health data or browsing activity. The Match Day app uses Bluetooth only to connect to the PIVOT Start/Stop button that runs the match clock; it never uses Bluetooth to work out where you are. There is no advertising and no tracking across other apps or sites.

Why we use it

To run the tournament: to show officials the matches they are appointed to, to keep the official record of each match, to publish results and standings, and to let associations, teams and officials see the record afterwards. Match records are kept for as long as the association keeps the event.

Where it lives and who sees it

Data is stored on servers operated for Stacksy in Australia. It is visible to your association's organisers, to the officials appointed to the event, and, for a team's own information, to that team's managers. Results and live scores an association chooses to publish are public. Where an association uses WhistleIQ for appointments, fixture and appointment details are exchanged with it. We do not sell personal information.

On your device

Match Day works with no signal: the app keeps a copy of your fixtures and the matches you run on the device, and sends it to the server when a connection is available. Signing out removes your sign-in; deleting the app removes everything it kept.

Your choices

Ask your association to correct or remove your details, or write to us and we will help. To have an account deleted, contact us at the address below.
