Email kristen@stacksy.com.au and say which event and match you are on. On match day we answer as fast as we can.
Signing in
Officials and team managers sign in with the email address their association has on file. If your association uses WhistleIQ, use the same details. “Not on an event yet” means your association has not appointed you to one; ask its technical delegate.
No signal at the venue
On the match-day page, tap Downloadunder “Ready for offline” before you lose signal. Everything you record at the table is kept on the device and sent when a connection is back. Making a match official is the one step that needs a connection.
The PIVOT Start/Stop button
Open PIVOT Start/Stop button on the match-day page, tap Find, then hold the button down for about six seconds until its light flashes. One press starts or stops the match clock. Bluetooth needs to be on.
Apple Watch
The PIVOT watch app installs from the Watch app on your iPhone. It shows the match the phone is running and lets you start and stop the clock, record goals, cards, penalty corners and substitutions, and run a shoot-out from your wrist. Injuries and sign-off stay on the phone.
